How it works
Think of a pop-up, but a hotel. Each stay is a Residency: we move into one historic estate, host a small group of guests, spoil them completely, and then it's gone.
One private estate
A historic property you won't find on a booking site. For the length of the stay it's ours alone. No other guests, no front desk.
A small group
Book a room for yourself, or come with a friend, a sister or a partner. The shared table takes care of the rest.

Can I come on my own?
Yes. You can book a room for yourself or share one with someone you're traveling with. Meals are shared, so it's easy to feel at home.
Is this a retreat?
No. There are no workshops, no schedule and no program to follow. You're here to be looked after and to enjoy yourself.
What does the price include?
Your room, every meal, the experiences, nightly turndown and the host team. You won't be asked to pay for anything during the stay.
How do I get there?
Most guests will fly into Mérida International Airport (MID). Arrival details go out once the property is announced.
When will I know the dates and price?
Private List members hear first, before the public announcement, and get the first chance to reserve.
